Product Warranty

Receipt is required for warranty, even if vaporizer was a gift. No exceptions. Orders can not be canceled or refunded once vaporizer has been shipped.

If products were purchased on eBay, any other auction site, or any site which undercuts the manufacturer's MSRP: warranty is void. Service repair or extended warranty coverage can be purchased here.

Consumables such as glass, coils, cartridges, ceramic heaters, etc are warrantied against DOA due to manufacturing defects only. This must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, proof of purchase is required. Once the coil has been loaded, no warranty applies and no replacements may be offered.

Please test each new coil once received for proper operation before loading. In a completely dark room, pulse for 5 seconds of low power repeatedly until a dull glow is seen. Do not allow the coil to glow red. If the coil does not heat after the fourth power cycle, please send a video showing the issue to support@oilvaporizer.com with your Order ID within 24 hours of receipt, no exceptions.

If service is required, please contact customer service by emailing support@oilvaporizer.com for assistance. We'll help troubleshoot before sending in any products, and confirm your vaporizer's service coverage. A dated sales receipt is required for warranty coverage, even if the vaporizer was a gift. No exceptions.
Remove any and all cartridges that have ever been loaded and keep them on hand; do not send any used cartridges or coils to us.

Once product is received, it will either be repaired or replaced with a new one. All warranty related repairs or replacements are returned within a timely manner.

A $25 service fee will be charged for any product that is received dirty. The product will be cleaned and sent back, once the service fee is paid.

Omega 1400, Omega 650, Omega 350 and Cannacig Vaporizer - Warranty

The Omega 1400, Omega 650, Omega 350 and Cannacig Vaporizers have a Limited 1 year Warranty against all manufacturer defects on all parts except extract cartridge, cartomizer, atomizer, charger, spring plate and spring cap. All parts will be replaced free of charge for 1 year except extract cartridge, cartomizer, atomizer, charger, spring plate, shield cone and spring cap starting from the date of purchase with original printed receipt from an authorized dealer.

The unit will not be covered if: 1) abuse is discovered or 2) wear and tear through normal use. Abuse is determined if the user is not using the vaporizers in its designed capacity. After that you (the customer) will be charged a service fee per warranty claim + Shipping limited to 1 service fee charge per year. This means that you will purchase a warranty claim from our website, ship us your complete Omega 1400, Omega 650 and Omega 350 Vaporizer kit minus the fill tool and cartridges, and it will be refurbished to brand new status and your warranty extends for another year against manufacturer defects. Any repairs or replacement work done does not extend the warranty what so ever.

Intentional Damage Repair

If for any reason you decide to break it, bend it, run over it with a steam roller we do not care what you decide to do as long as its recognizable as a Omega 1400, Omega 650, Omega 350 and Cannacig Vaporizer and has all the parts that will complete the unit then we will replace it for service fee + shipping per claim. The parts that we will be replace in your warranty claim if found defective includes the top without an LCD display, middle tube and bottom cap. We reserve the right to substitute a product with another of equal and or greater value or equal and or greater performance if the original product is not available. The Intentional Repair Warranty does not extend your original warranty it only replaces your unit, and carrying over the original warranty without any extensions.

Example 1:
If you have 6 months warranty left on your unit and you decide to use the vaporizer as a hammer and break it, what you do is purchase a Intentional Damage Repair and your original warranty now carries over to the new battery. At the end you still have 6 months left.

Example 2:
If you have no warranty left on your vaporizer then purchasing this will only get you a new vaporizer with a 1 year warranty against manufacturers defects from date of purchase. Does not include back orders or pre orders. If you decide to damage your unit again you will need to re purchase a Intentional Damage Repair service again.

Cartridges - Warranty
Due to the fact that these cartridges are consumables and that we can not verify how cartridges are used. No warranty will be given. Any defective cartridge must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and has to be unused to be replaced for free once it is verified.


Chargers - Warranty
30 days from the date of purchase with original receipt. This includes all chargers.


Batteries (cells) - Warranty
Due to the fact that these batteries are considered consumables they are NOT warrantied in any way.


Customer is responsible for any return Shipping charges, and any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change warranties without notice. We reserve the right to exchange any product with another that is equal and or greater in value, or equal and or greater in performance. Customer will be given store credit equaling the price of the product. He/she is responsible for any shipping costs, and applicable taxes. There will be NO refunds for any product purchased, or already shipped.
